My life in numbers

My watch and my phone send their receipts here a few times a day. I do not get to edit them first. Some days that is flattering and some days it is a nap I did not admit to.

the last 30 days —

The part I actually look at

One day means nothing. Thirty days is where I can see myself. Hover to walk back through it.

Time in daylight

If I had a good day, this number was high. Every single time.

Steps

I do not own a car and I love a long walk to nowhere.

Miles walked and run

Hours slept

The weeks this dips are the weeks I am worst to be around.

Exercise minutes

Resting heart rate

It clocks my stress about a week before I do.

My watch has not phoned home yet today. Check back in a bit.

I put these numbers up because I would rather be known than look impressive. What you just saw includes the days I skipped the run, got short with a friend, and stayed inside way too long. It also includes the days I absolutely crushed it. All of it is me, 100% authentically living. Thanks for taking the time to get to know me.
